We use either UPS or USPS to ship your products. For orders that are over 2 lbs we will ship using UPS and orders less than 2 lbs will arrive through USPS. All shipping charges are calculated on the value of your order. This makes it fast and easy to always know what your shipping expenses are.  See below for our current shipping rates: US and Canada

Product Return Policies
For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items functions are working. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (minus the cost of shipping and handling, and subject to a 25% restocking fee). Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to the address on your packing slip. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be replaced, so please keep all packaging for the 30 day replacement period.

Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement. We are dedicated to carrying only the highest quality products and maintaining attentive customer service. We hope you have been and will be happy with our services.

We use UPS for international Shipping.

PRODUCTS WE DO NOT SHIP:  Due to international regulations and laws, we are not allowed to ship handcuffs or strait jackets internationally. It is your responsibility to know of you are able to accept handcuffs or strait jackets before you make the payment. 

Inventory information
Merchandise may not be in stock in our inventory. We cannot guarantee that a product listed as "In Stock" will actually ship same day.  Our inventory can change significantly from one day to the next. If your selected merchandise is temporarily out of stock, we will not charge your credit card until your products are shipped to you. Please note: If your selected product is not in stock when you place your order we will ship it immediately when that item is back in stock at no additional cost.

Customs and Import Duties Information 
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs are the responsibility of the customer; njoyz.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict the cost because of the fact that customs policies vary from country to country; Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding charges. Compliance with any laws ore regulations of the country where you are receiving the products is also your responsibility. We will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs service of any country.
