We will ensure that your package will arrive in a package that no one will be able to identify. Q: I did not get my order yet, when will it arrive? A: Depending on where you live you will usually receive your order 2-7 business days. Please contact us if you have any questions or choose express shipping.
Q: What if my toy or DVD doesn't work? A: If the product does not work please contact customer support and we will be happy to assist you. The product must be in the original packaging and returned within 10 days of delivery to comply with our return policy. If you receive a defective product we will gladly replace it within 30 days of sale. The item may be subject to a restocking fee.
Q: What if I want to return a product? A: We will accept unused product with return authorization approval number. Please do not attempt to return without contacting Njoyz.com first. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Q: Can I get a store credit or refund for something I bought? A: All sales are final because of the health and sanitary issues associated with the nature of our products once they have been used. A: If your package is shipped using UPS as your carrier you can track your package on the UPS self tracking page at: http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track?loc=en_US Q: What if the product I buy is not in stock? A: If the item that you ordered is not in stock, you can choose another item or be on our waiting list. We will then ship your product as soon as it becomes available.
