By reading the information before placing your order on NJoyz site, you confirm that you understand, accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Product Return Policies
For safety and health reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, please inspect your order to make sure the items are functioning and working properly. We will only credit or exchange products that are DEFECTIVE (subtract shipping and handling, and your exchange may be subject to a 25% restocking fee). All items must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days to the address on your packing slip. Any product that is returned without original packaging will NOT be replaced, you must keep all original packaging for the 30 day replacement period. We will only accept unused/ unopened product with return authorization approval number.
Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement once your request has been processed. We are dedicated to carrying only the highest quality products and maintaining attentive customer service.
Shipping Rates
We use either UPS or USPS to ship your products. For orders that are over 2 lbs we will ship using UPS and orders less than 2 lbs will arrive through USPS. All shipping charges are calculated on the value of your order. This makes it fast and easy to always know what your shipping expenses are. See below for our current shipping rates: US and Canada

PRODUCTS WE DO NOT SHIP: Due to international regulations and laws, we are not allowed to ship handcuffs or strait jackets internationally. It is your responsibility to know of you are able to accept handcuffs or strait jackets before you make the payment.
Inventory information
Merchandise may not be in stock in our inventory. We cannot guarantee that a product listed as "In Stock" will actually ship same day. Our inventory can change significantly from one day to the next. If your selected merchandise is temporarily out of stock, we will not charge your credit card until your products are shipped to you. Please note: If your selected product is not in stock when you place your order we will ship it immediately when that item is back in stock at no additional cost.
Customs and Import Duties Information
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs are the responsibility of the customer; NJoyz has no control over these charges and cannot predict the cost because of the fact that customs policies vary from country to country; Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding charges. Compliance with any laws ore regulations of the country where you are receiving the products is also your responsibility. We will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs service of any country.

Promotions Terms and Conditions
General Information
Promotions are: Sales, Deals, Coupons and Discount Codes.
Only one promotion or special offer may be applied to each product purchased from the website. For example: if you have a coupon discount code applied to a product and you consider purchasing that product in a deal or a kit (with a bundle of several other eligible products for the discounted price that applies to the deal/bundle), then you must choose which promotion to apply. You can purchase the product by choosing the kit or you can purchase each product from the kit and then apply the coupon to the selected product only. Our promotions and special offers have an expiration date and time. You must place your order before the expiration date / time. We can not honor promotions after the expiration date.

NJoyz is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or lease this information to any third parties. NJoyz collects information from our users at several different points on our website and will use that information only for your order.
Registration
When you register with our site, you are required to give the following: a unique password, a unique user name and an optional email. This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest.
Order
Our order form is where we request information we need to process your order. Contact information such as name and shipping address and payment information (like credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have any problems an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. We do not use cookies on NJoyz, however we can use them occasionally to collect demographic and technical information which is in no way linked to personal identifiable information.
Log Files
We use Log Files to identify IP addresses, browser type, domain name, date and time users have accessed NJoyz. The data is used to analyze trends, administer the site. This helps us to market our products better and IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Sharing
We share only limited demographic information with our partners and advertisers and never personal information. Our private chat room is safe and secure, no other user can view their chat. When a user sends a question to one of our experts by email, we may post that user's question and our expert's answer only after making sure that there is no personally identifiable information about the user.

All new members will be sent a “welcome” email to verify password and username.
